Brianne C. Martin is the Director of Member Experience & Operations at SHPE. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of STEM career trajectory and personal development with non-profit service to empower women and BIPOC.

Brianne C. Martin has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She’s spent over 10 years in manufacturing – starting with her first internship as an Engineering Technician working for the US Army supporting helicopter repairs for 2 years, moving into design as a Design Engineer Intern for a pressure vessel design firm for a year and a half, and her final internship working for Zodiac Seats as a Tooling Engineer Intern. In 2017, Ms. Martin started her own consulting firm – BCM Engineered Solutions to help companies focus on improving business operations by targeting the development of people, processes, & performance.
